Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)

uses a large magnet, radio-waves and a computer to create detailed images of the human body. The MRI scan allows our radiologists to detect important abnormalities in the brain, spine, joints, muscles and internal organs that may not be visible on CT, ultrasound, and conventional x-rays. The technique does not use ionizing radiation and has no known side effects.
