Dr. Magaram attended University of California Medical School and interned at Harper Hospital in Detroit. This was followed by radiology residency and fellowship at University of California San Francisco. Dr. Magaram has been instrumental in developing breast centers in State College Pennsylvania, Everett Washington and Bellevue Washington.
Before moving to Nashville in January of 2012, Dr. Magaram was the clinical director of breast imaging at Beth Israel Deconess Medical Center in Boston; and a member of the Society for Breast Imaging (SBI).
Dr. Magaram and his wife have three children and two golden retrievers. Whenever there’s free time, he enjoys running, pool, and poker, and his favorite movie is Casablanca.
