Dr. Nau earned his degree in medicine in 1980 from the University of Louisville School of Medicine. He completed his residency there and later completed a fellowship in CT/Ultrasound at the St. Louis University Hospital and a fellowship in Neuroradiology at the Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Dr. Nau is board certified by the American Board of Radiology and also holds memberships in the American College of Radiology (ACR), Radiological Society of North America (RSNA), the American Society of Neuroradiology (ASNR), the American Roentgen Ray Society (ARRS), and the American Medical Association (AMA). Before attending medical school, Dr. Nau graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from the Bellarmine College.
A native of Louisville, KY, Dr. Nau is a private pilot. He enjoys bicycling, motorcycling, and building/restoring aircraft, cars and motorcycles. He and his wife, Edith, have two children, Sara and Christopher.
