POSITION SUMMARY
Premier Radiology is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to produce imaging using nuclear medicine technology to assist physicians with formulating a medical diagnosis, while complying with safety and regulatory requirements. This person will specifically conduct nuclear medicine exams and documents clinically appropriate results for interpretive physician and records.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures operational excellence and quality of care in the Facility
• Demonstrates use of proper positioning to produce quality nuclear medicine studies
• Maintains quality of nuclear medicine services in an efficient and effective manner
• Utilizes nuclear medicine equipment and protocols to produce radiographic studies and clinically diagnostic information to assist interpretive physician
• Demonstrates knowledge of all equipment to provide a safe environment for patients and staff
• Utilizes information and skills necessary to perform assigned maintenance responsibilities
• Demonstrates startup procedures, calibration of equipment, and troubleshooting
• Demonstrates knowledge of using hardcopy devices, film-processing equipment, written and/or other recorded formats, and archiving
• Demonstrates knowledge of radiation safety to provide a safe environment for patients and staff
• Utilizes knowledge of nuclear medicine safety
• Performs proper radiation safety precautions to include providing protection and inquiring if females of childbearing age are pregnant

• Demonstrates a knowledge of each age group’s cognitive, physical, motor/sensory adaptation, and radiology specific intervention

• Provides appropriate interventions related to safety issues
• Assess for FDA approval for age groups and specific dosing of radiopharmaceuticals
• Considers cognitive states in patient education
• Demonstrates appropriate knowledge and documented competence of designated nuclear medicine exams
• Demonstrates knowledge and documented competency in operation of nuclear medicine equipment; utilizes aseptic technique, universal precautions, documentation skills, etc
• Participates in performance improvement activities

POSITION SUMMARY
• Review information for continued visit management, including type and duration of service, authorization and treatment codes, re-authorization, and continued visit requirements necessary for ongoing treatment
• Responsible for obtaining and communicating pre-authorization as needed per insurance company requirements
• Responsible for tracking, obtaining, and extending authorizations from various carriers in a timely manner
• Verify receipt of all necessary pre-authorization documents before the procedure

POSITION PURPOSE:
We are seeking Full-time Registered Nurse. The RN is responsible for delivering quality patient care. The RN handles phone calls from patients who are seeking medical information or medical attention. The RN will often assist the physician during procedures and will provide post procedure care. RN will be responsible for patient follow-up phone calls. Position is full-time, Monday-Friday. No evening, weekend, or holiday shifts.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1. Detail orientated
2. Self-motivated and ability to work effectively in an independent environment.
3. Strong communication and organizational skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

JOB DUTIES:
1. Responsible for pre-procedure vital signs and chart review
2. Function independently in outpatient imaging environment
3. Obtain 12 Lead EKGs
4. Assist physicians during procedures
5. Responsible for monitoring patients during and post procedure
6. Perform follow-up calls to the patients

QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Current Nursing license
2. BLS/ACLS preferred but not required to apply
3. ICU or Cath Lab experience preferred, but not required
4. ASN or BSN in Nursing

POSITION PURPOSE:
Provide courteous and efficient service while performing MR scans on an as needed basis.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Thorough knowledge and skillset in performing MR scan.
1. Ability to perform venipuncture and catheter placement
2. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Premier Radiology is seeking a X-Ray Technologist to perform quality x-ray examinations.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Explain procedure to patients and answer questions
• Prepare and position patient for diagnostic imaging procedure
• Position radiation protection devices such as lead shields
• Setting x-ray equipment at the correct angle and height over the appropriate area of the patient’s body
• Setting controls on the x-ray machine to produce x-rays or radiographs of the appropriate density, detail, and contrast
• Capture image of each angle following physicians orders precisely

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provides PET/CT services in a timely and cost effective manner.
• Ensures operational excellence and quality of care in the Facility.
• Demonstrates use of proper positioning to produce quality imaging.
• Maintains quality of imaging services in an efficient and effective manner.
• Demonstrates knowledge of all equipment to provide a safe environment for patients and staff.

• Documents services provided in a thorough and effective manner.
o Collects appropriate clinical history and correlates findings with procedure being performed.
o Maintains daily patient logbook.
o Initials and checks orders.
o Maintains all documentation in accordance with diagnostic division policy and procedure manual.
• Utilizes time effectively.
• Adheres to established facility/departmental safety requirements and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
o Demonstrates competent usage of proper body mechanics in all activities.
o Identifies potentially unsafe situations and notifies administrator/designee.
